Our Verdict
Videoslots is the choice if game count is what matters: close to ten thousand titles and a huge live lobby. The welcome match releases in 10% steps as you wager, which is friendlier than all-or-nothing offers. The site itself feels dated and the absence of PayPal will put some players off.
Regulatory record: as with its sister brand Mr Vegas, a £650,000 fine in November 2025.
Welcome offer in detail
The headline is a 100% match up to £50 plus 11 wager-free spins on Starburst. For the match you need a first deposit of at least £10; deposits above £50 do not count towards a larger bonus. Wagering is 10x the first deposit, to be completed within 60 days, and the bonus is released into your cash balance in 10% increments as you work through it. The maximum single bet while the bonus is active is 50% of the bonus or £20, whichever is lower. Only casino games count, and progressive jackpots are excluded. The 11 spins require a £10 deposit within 24 hours of registering, and winnings from them are paid as cash with no wagering.
The incremental release is the real strength. If you stop halfway, you keep whatever has already been released rather than losing everything, which is unusual and worth more than it sounds. The catches are the 60-day limit, the game exclusions and the bet cap. The wagering is written as 10x the deposit rather than 10x the bonus; since 19 January 2026 UKGC-licensed casinos cannot set wagering above 10x on bonus funds, and because the match is 100%, the two figures are identical for deposits of £10 to £50. Deposit more than £50 and the bonus stays at £50, so read the live wording carefully if you intend to do that.
The offer suits slots players who play regularly and would rather earn a bonus back gradually. It does not suit jackpot hunters or anyone who wants to play live tables with bonus money.
Worked example
- Deposit £10: £10 bonus and the Starburst spins. You need £100 in qualifying stakes within 60 days, with the £10 of bonus released in ten £1 steps as each £10 of wagering is completed. Maximum bet £5.
- Deposit £20: £20 bonus, £200 in stakes, released £2 at a time. Maximum bet £10.
- Deposit £50: the £50 maximum, £500 in stakes, and a £20 maximum bet.
These are turnover figures, not expected losses, but set a budget first and do not deposit again just to complete wagering.
Games and software
Videoslots has built its name on volume. At the time of writing the library runs to roughly 9,000 games from well over 100 studios, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Big Time Gaming, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, Microgaming and Nolimit City. The live lobby is similarly deep, with around 750 tables drawn mainly from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Battle of Slots tournaments let you compete against other players for prize pools, and the Weekend Booster returns a share of weekend losses as cashback. The interface shows its age: the lobby is busy and search is slower than at newer rivals, but provider and feature filters do help you find what you want.
Payments and withdrawals
Deposits are accepted by debit card, Skrill, Neteller, ecoPayz and bank transfer. There is no PayPal, which is a notable gap for a UK brand, and no pay-by-mobile option. The minimum withdrawal is around £10 at the time of writing, and withdrawals are reviewed manually before release. Videoslots is one of the few UK sites that may charge a fee for frequent withdrawals; the first withdrawal in a 24-hour period is normally free, with a small charge for any more, so batching your cashouts avoids it. E-wallet payouts typically land within 24 hours of approval, while debit-card payouts take roughly one to three working days. Verification is required before your first withdrawal.
Mobile app and support
There is no dedicated UK app; the site is designed for mobile browsers and works on both iOS and Android, though the dense layout is better suited to a tablet than a small phone screen. Support is one of the brand's stronger points: live chat is available around the clock, and email queries are generally answered within a day. The help centre covers bonus terms and verification in reasonable depth.
Safety, licence and track record
Videoslots Limited holds UK Gambling Commission licence 39380 and has operated in the UK since 2011. In November 2025 the Commission imposed a £650,000 fine for anti-money-laundering and safer-gambling failings, together with a formal warning and a requirement for a third-party audit. The failings were about controls rather than player funds, and the audit means the operator's processes are now under independent review, but it still weighs on the trust score. Standard UK protections are in place: deposit limits, reality checks, time-outs, self-exclusion and GAMSTOP, with customer funds segregated.
Who Videoslots is best for
Videoslots is best for committed slots players who want the widest possible choice, enjoy tournaments, and appreciate a bonus that pays out in instalments. It is a poor fit for players who rely on PayPal, want a sleek app, or withdraw several times a day.
